1. Using our store

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are not the age of majority, you may use the site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.

You may not use the site to:

• violate law, infringe another person’s rights, or engage in fraud or deceptive activity;
• introduce malicious code, interfere with security, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or attempt unauthorized access;
• submit false information, impersonate another person, or misuse reviews, promotions, accounts, or checkout; or
• copy, resell, or commercially exploit site content except as expressly permitted in writing.

We may suspend access, refuse service, or cancel activity reasonably believed to violate these Terms or law.

2. Products, descriptions, and availability

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural or manufacturing variation, production changes, and the character of vintage materials can affect how color, scale, texture, or finish appears. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Vintage pieces may be pre-owned, unworn, or deadstock and can show age-appropriate variation or wear. Material, maker, date, and condition information reflects the information reasonably available to us and any details shown on the product page. One-of-one and limited items may become unavailable without notice and are not reserved until checkout is completed.

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. If a material error affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the options available under applicable law.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including inventory error, pricing or description error, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, purchase-limit abuse, or legal restriction. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will return the amount charged for the canceled item or order.

Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, discounts, duties, and other charges are calculated or disclosed during checkout when available. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Your use of a payment method may also be governed by that provider’s terms.

4. Shipping, delivery, exchanges, and returns

Shipping options, current customer remedies, exchange eligibility, final-sale categories, and instructions are described in our Shipping + Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. If product-specific final-sale or care information is displayed before purchase, that information also applies to the order.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier events, weather, address errors, customs, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delay. Review your shipping address before submitting the order and contact us promptly if it is incorrect.

If Route Package Protection or another optional protection service is offered and purchased, its separate eligibility, claim, and remedy terms apply. Without purchased protection, available remedies are governed by our Shipping + Returns policy, the carrier’s process, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

5. Promotions, discounts, and gift cards

Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing, product, quantity, or combination rules. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined. We may correct or reject a promotion used contrary to its stated terms or because of technical error, fraud, or abuse.

Digital gift cards are subject to the terms displayed with the gift card and applicable law. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and should be protected like cash.

6. Reviews, submissions, and customer content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential information, malicious code, unlawful material, or content intended to mislead customers.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Admiral Row a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting our business and products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content, but we are not required to monitor every submission.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its original text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, video, software, and compilation are owned by or licensed to Admiral Row and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping and information purposes. No other license is granted.

Third-party names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners. Reference to a vintage maker or trademark identifies or describes an item and does not imply affiliation or sponsorship unless expressly stated.

8. Third-party services and links

Our store relies on Shopify and may link to or integrate payment, shipping, protection, returns, reviews, social media, marketing, and other third-party services. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s content or service, but this does not limit responsibility we have under applicable law for our own conduct.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information and describes available privacy choices.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any product warranty or remedy expressly stated on a product page or required by law is not excluded by this paragraph.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Admiral Row and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim, except where applicable law requires a different remedy.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those places, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

11. General terms

These Terms and the policies linked from them form the agreement governing your use of the store. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Admiral Row in the State of Georgia, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the concern.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. The revised Terms apply from the date posted unless a later date is stated. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
