What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout. If you purchased Route, file a claim via the Route portal within their stated window. If the Route is declined, carriers’ policies apply.

Will my order arrive in one package?

If we split your order, you'll receive separate tracking emails.

What’s your policy?

Most jewelry and accessories are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the shipped date when returned unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging.

Final sale items

Digital gift cards, Vintage, Imperfect, and Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective, wrong, or damaged items

If we made a mistake or your item is defective, we’ll refund or exchange it—please start a return and choose the appropriate reason.

How do I start a return/exchange?

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any required customs forms.

Can I return a gift?

How long do exchanges/refunds take to process?

For exchanges, please allow 4–6 weeks from the return ship date to receive your replacement. For eligible refunds (defective/incorrect items), allow 2–3 weeks for processing (plus 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear).

Holiday gifts—do you extend the exchange window?

Yes, our jewelry is nickel‑free and lead‑free.

What materials do you use?

  • Gold Vermeil: Thick gold (approx. 2.5 microns) over .925 sterling silver.
  • Stainless Steel: 316L grade, often with durable IP plating.
  • Gold‑Plated over Brass: Electroplated layer for a high‑shine finish.
What’s the difference between gold‑filled, gold vermeil, and gold‑plated?

Gold‑filled has a thick bonded layer (durable for everyday wear), vermeil is thick gold over sterling silver, and plated is a thinner decorative layer.

Can I shower or work out in your jewelry?

Gold‑filled and stainless steel hold up best to daily wear; we still recommend removing before pools, hot tubs, and heavy workouts to maximize longevity.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

Skin chemistry (pH, lotions, humidity) can react with metals and cause temporary discoloration—it’s harmless and wipes off easily. Our stainless steel and gold‑filled options offer excellent resistance with normal wear.

How do I care for pearls and natural stones?

Avoid chemicals, perfumes, and ultrasonic cleaners; wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.

Do you offer repairs?

Can I buy replacement chains?
